Zion Leadership Structure and Organization
The Voters Assembly - Is
the official decision making body of Zion. It is made up of all members of Zion over the age of eighteen who are in good standing and who have signed the constitution. The Voters Assembly meets four times quarterly
per year and decides on matters of concern to the congregation.
The Church Council - Is made up of a
representative from each official board of Zion and various others who have specific roles. The Council shares information, makes input on scheduling and can make recommendations to the Voters Assembly.
The Professional Staff - Is made up
of two pastors, a preschool teacher/director, an adminstrative secretary, a part-time secretary and a part-time janitor.
