Pastor Rowan is a native of Minot, North Dakota. He presently is serving as volunteer visitation Pastor for Zion. Pastor Rowan is a
retired Sergeant Major with the North Dakota National Guard. He had three National Activations with a tour of combat duty in Korea as machine gun Sergeant. He graduated from Theological College,
three Lutheran Seminaries and received an earned Doctorate from Covenant Seminary. During his active ministry, he served congregations in Minnesota, Texas, North Dakota and Montana and also served as
