Junior Confirmation Classes
Beginning in the fifth grade and running through the eighth grade year, students are taught Bible history, Luther's Small Catechism and other aspects of Christian life. Classes meet on Wednesday evenings 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm and run congruently with the school year.
Fifth Grade studies stories from the Old Testament.
Sixth Grade studies stories from the New Testament.
Seventh Grade studies the Ten Commandments and the Apostles’ Creed
Eight Grade studies the Lord’s Prayer, Baptism, Lord’s Supper, and the Office of the Keys & Confession.
Zion youth have opportunities each summer to attend camps at Shepherd’s Hill at the Crossroads. There are different programs and events offered throughout the summer.
